Sexual Assault Awareness Month
April 6, 2026
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
What does a campus free from sexual violence, abuse, and harassment look and feel like? Join us for an afternoon of artmaking and imagining the possibilities for a kinder, safer UIC.
No art skills necessary! Come hang out in a relaxed atmosphere where you can draw, collage, color, and make buttons and stickers, all while dreaming of a better world.
Lunch and art materials provided!
About the ¡UIC Manifest! project:
¡UIC Manifest! is a year-long collaborative art project that serves as a creative outlet for minoritized groups at UIC to respond to broad attacks on higher education and the policies that cause harm, and to offer new perspectives on how to foster a more inclusive environment. This project is supported by UIC’s Institute for Research on Race and Public Policy.
