Join the UIC Arab American Cultural Center, UIC Asian American Resource and Cultural Center, UIC Women's Leadership and Resource Center, and South Asian American Policy and Research Institute (SAAPRI) for a discussion about the TV series "Ms. Marvel."

One of the newest Disney+ television shows, "Ms. Marvel" features a Pakistani American teenager who gains superpowers. We will discuss themes presented in the show, including cultural, religious, and gender representation; Partition; and much more.

Food will be available for takeaway for the first 20 guests (food may not eaten in the space during the program).

Masks are required for the safety of all attendees.
