Paige Perez is one of our interns. Paige is in her senior year as an undergraduate at University of Illinois at Chicago and working to complete her Bachelor’s degree in applied psychology with a minor in gender & women studies. She is involved in several Chicago organizations such as Rape Victims Advocates (RVA) as a Volunteer Medical Advocate and Volunteer Educator as well as a volunteer at International Organization for Adolescents. She has previous work experience as a volunteer in Dr. Bette Bottom’s Psychology and Law Lab with the children's promise-honesty effect project. She is currently pursuing professional interests related to hands-on legal and medical advocacy within the Chicago metropolitan area. In the future, Paige would like to obtain a Master’s in social work and work as an advocate for at risk adolescents and survivors of sexual assault.
