In collaboration with the UIC Counseling Center, join this interactive workshop to learn practical strategies to improve your communication style, set healthy boundaries, and manage difficult conversations in both personal and professional settings. Whether you want to build confidence, resolve conflicts, or communicate more clearly, this workshop is for you!
PERSIST(Σ) events center the experiences and voices of women and nonbinary undergraduate, graduate, and professional students of color but are open to all students. Lunch will be provided!
About the program:
PERSIST(Σ) aims to create identity-affirming spaces to promote the participation and persistence of women and nonbinary people of color in engineering at UIC.
