Moving ideas from one’s head to the page might seem straightforward to many. In reality, writing is a complicated process; struggling writers encounter lots of obstacles on the way to that completed chapter, article, or report. Fear is one such obstacle. How does fear manifest in the writing lives of graduate students and early career faculty? What are the tricks and tools that can be used to write past or through that fear? How can we prevent fear from hijacking the writing process in the first place?

Join us for this virtual conversation to help you name your fears around writing and encourage you to devise individual and collective strategies that can help you become the writer you are meant to be.
